Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure all safety protocols and equipment functionality are met.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maximize warehouse space.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience is required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory management.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
