Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging and shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
