Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from damage.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Package Preparation: Safely package goods, apply labels, and prepare them for delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and reading of labels.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dedicated to the job role.
- Availability for Training: Willingness to learn and complete on-site safety training.
