Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, orderly warehouse environment
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and packing operations
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check required)
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (standard industry requirement)
