Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, tape dispensers) safely
- Verify order contents and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Participate in quality control checks and process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards consistently
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
