Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and labeling machines
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
