Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Inspect products for quality control and damage prevention
- Securely package items using industry-standard materials and techniques
- Label and stage shipments for timely carrier pickup
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail with error rates under 0.5%
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
