Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier requirements
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
