Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Document shipping information and prepare necessary paperwork
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose location
