Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy through barcode scanning and documentation checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
