Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, label printers, and conveyors
- Verify order details and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic checks
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Safely handle materials and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
