Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, label printers) efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts) as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
