Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Properly label packages, ensuring accurate shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load pallets securely for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
