Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid state ID and social security card.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Richmond facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience considered).
