Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners to track inventory.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check (for safety-sensitive roles only).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not mandatory.
