Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and packing lists
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging protocols
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate RF scanning technology
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance record
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
