Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Operate packing equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform quality checks on packed items to prevent damage
- Utilize inventory management systems for real-time tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
