Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (sealers, tape dispensers, scales) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against packing slips and maintain inventory accuracy
- Inspect products for damage and report quality issues immediately
- Organize and maintain clean, organized packing stations
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
