Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
