Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) and follow all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start tomorrow and work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Attitude: Positive work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety standards.
