Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods within the temperature-controlled facility.
- Monitor and record temperatures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and report any maintenance or equipment issues immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory to maintain an orderly and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in environments below 35°F (2°C) for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy loads up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
