Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory to ensure FIFO compliance, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and complete safety training.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced setting.
