Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory levels.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
