Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring all items are in perfect condition.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips before shipment.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation to packages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Efficiency Goals: Meet daily production targets to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow instructions clearly from supervisors.
