Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders using provided equipment
- Operate packing machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory and packing station areas
- Scan and label packages according to shipping protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive facility
