Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (provided) including scanners, conveyors, and wrapping machines
- Inspect items for damage and quality control
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Participate in inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
