Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment using company-provided equipment
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before dispatch
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Operate packing machinery and tools as per safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to work site
