Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and dry goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory storage and staging areas
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (CDL Class A preferred but not required)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
