Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and provided warehouse equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for material movement
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams for seamless operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment assistance
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation certification)
- Background check and drug screen required
