Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to specific SKU and quantity requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (provided), and conveyor systems, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect all packaging materials to ensure products are protected during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy using handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
