Job Overview
As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and precision. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
