Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory systems to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle facility.
