Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet daily customer orders and deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper placement in shipping containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Handle physical inventory counts and reconcile stock with system records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick lists efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
