Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, and packing to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and schedule warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forklift certification (CP/CF) and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid forklift certification is mandatory.
