Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily site inspections
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet SLA targets
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift certifications
- Generate weekly productivity reports and process improvement plans
- Collaborate with procurement team for stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Honolulu port operations and local regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
