Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes or crates ensuring proper protection and labeling.
- Verify product details against pick tickets to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate packing machinery and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for ticket verification.
- Reliable transportation to the Greensboro facility.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
