Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to monitor inventory levels and meet daily shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
