Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are in excellent condition.
- Verify order accuracy by carefully checking packing slips against inventory items.
- Apply appropriate packaging materials, labels, and postage to ensure items are secure during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software or scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
