Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Operate standard packing machinery and hand tools safely.
- Label, barcode, and organize packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow verbal/written instructions.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
