Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, labelers, and conveyors
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation environment
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track order status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
