Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital control systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in FIFO sequence
- Conduct daily inventory audits using barcode scanning technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient warehousing
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete digital shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
