Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Label and organize packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the picking team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
