Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production quotas.
- Label packages correctly and verify order details against packing slips.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
