Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory in an orderly manner to facilitate efficient retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse machinery (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
