Responsibilities
- Operate handheld scanners (PDAs) to process packages and update inventory systems accurately.
- Ensure the safety and quality of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks in a high-volume fulfillment center environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including cleaning workstations and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld device operation quickly.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
