Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Organization: Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage during transit and report any discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in inventory handling.
