Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Verify item counts and descriptions against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate packing machinery and hand tools with care and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and weighing of items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
