Responsibilities
- Pack orders efficiently and accurately using standard packaging materials and machinery.
- Verify product quantities, SKUs, and descriptions against packing slips with high precision.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (RF guns) safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order checks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
