Responsibilities
- Pack Orders: Accurately pack and prepare items for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Verify Accuracy: Cross-reference pick tickets with inventory to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes correctly to prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is highly preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Tools: Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanner technology.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
