Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate records of stored items.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare pallets for shipment and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates. A strong work ethic is preferred over prior experience.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate industrial machinery.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: Must be focused on safety and accuracy when handling inventory and equipment.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, identify SKU numbers, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
